We all have our own tastes in music and yet it is a comforting thought that whatever this may be, there are venues within the region which will cater to our requirements.

Easter is on its way!

Monday, February 23rd, 2009

It only seems like a few short weeks since it was Christmas and I for one can’t believe where the last couple of months have disappeared. Yet the fact is that as we approach the end of February, many of us are beginning to think about Easter.

Easter is a wonderful occasion, although unlike Christmas it does involve you making somewhat more of an effort to celebrate it than Christmas. Many people, especially those with young children will be thinking of ways in which they can celebrate Easter and give themselves a creative and memorable event to do so.

There is no doubt that limo hire fits the bill perfectly here, whether it is treating your children to a day out which they will never forget, or planning a night out on the town with friends. The pink Hummer limo is in high demand over the Easter period so if you have your heart set on hiring it for your occasion, then it is important that you book this early to avoid disappointment.

Make sure that you celebrate Easter properly this year and give yourself something to look forward to. Easter is a time to relax and enjoy yourself, so make sure that you take full advantage of this, as well as the chocolate eggs of course!

Make sure you plan your prom and exam celebrations early!

Saturday, February 21st, 2009

As we look through our windows it seems strange, if not a little bizarre that we should really be starting to think about events which we will be involved in during the spring and the summer.

Yet, it is true that for some of the more important events which will occur during this period, planning really does need to start now. This way you have time to create the perfect occasion which will be truly memorable for a long time to come. This is particularly the case if you will be attending a school prom this year, or you will be finishing important exams and want to plan the ultimate celebration in respect of this.

As you can imagine, demand for limo hire in Birmingham in the spring and early summer is very high and much of this is due to school leavers wanting to celebrate and many proms being held.

You want to get your event just right and a big part of this is selecting the right limo to accompany you on the day. Make sure you are not disappointed and start planning early!

Weekends are not the only option

Sunday, February 15th, 2009

There was a time when the only real nights to go out were Friday’s and Saturday’s. This was mainly due to the fact that bars and clubs in particular only opened on these nights as the demand for nightlife during the normal working week was perceived to be relatively low.

This situation has of course changed and when you consider places like Birmingham today, you will find that the vast majority of nightlife hotspots operate on a seven day week. Some of this is of course due to the development of the Universities and also the increased importance of corporate hospitality, however more and more people are choosing to conduct their special events midweek than ever before.

In actual fact, many people now prefer to go out during the week rather than at weekends due to the fact that they value pubs, clubs and bars which are busy but not packed to the rafters which they can be later on in the week. Limo hire in Birmingham, and the West Midlands area in general is in more demand than ever before with people wanting to reject the notion that you can only party during the weekends. Therefore if you have something to celebrate, why not hold your event in the week and create an occasion which you will remember for a long time to come?

Football stadiums offer much more than matches

Thursday, February 5th, 2009

Regular readers of our site will know that we take a very keen interest in our local football teams at all levels of the game. 2009 is set to be an exciting year for many of our local sides and perhaps non more so than Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Wolves are looking to bring Premier League football back to Molineux and after last night’s thrilling three all draw with Norwich City finding themselves five points clear at the top of the Championship. But with Reading and Birmingham City pushing them hard for the title it is sure to be a fascinating few weeks ahead.

Yet many people assume, quite understandably, that football stadiums just cater for football matches. This however is far from the truth and state of the art grounds such as Molineux are utilised far more than just on match days.  The club not only have facilities to cater for parties celebrating any occasion, they also have full conferencing and banqueting suites for corporate use. Molineux can even be the venue where you decide to get married at – merging the two greatest loves of your life in to one.

So whether you are celebrating with family and friends or conducting that important business meeting, Molineux is certainly a venue to look in to.

Limo hire Wolverhampton can also complement your event brilliantly and guarantee that it is a memorable one. Arriving at such an impressive stadium in an equally stylish vehicle will make you feel like a true celebrity whatever the occasion.

Limo hire to Birmingham Michelin star restaurants

Saturday, January 31st, 2009

Limo hire in Birmingham is useful for a variety of events. We discussed concerts and football matches recently. Another reason to book a limo is for a meal at the restaurant. Birmingham has been doing  well on that front as three of its chefs have been awarded the coveted Michelin stars for their outstanding culinary skills. The 2009 good food guide has listed Birmingham as having the most top ranking restaurants outside of London.

Again with a limo hire you haven’t got the worry of driving and can enjoy a few drinks with your meal. This is a great way for a group of friends to travel to and from the restaurant together in style rather than booking multiple taxis.

If you are planning on attending one of the michelin star restaurants covered above then limo hire is ideal.
