Strictly to hit Birmingham!
For those of you who watch the television on a Saturday evening, you will no doubt be aware of the programme Strictly Come Dancing. In fact this was thrust in to the national consciousness last week with the shock resignation of the BBC News Correspondent John Sergeant.
Basically, the programme takes an eclectic range of celebrities and challenges them to learn an array of classical dances and compete against each other on a Saturday evening. The programme is highly regarding by the British public and this is shown by the viewing figures which it generates.
Well, for those of you who will not know what to do with yourselves after the show concludes in a few weeks time we have some good news for you. The Strictly Come Dancing team will be emabarking on a live show which will arrive in Birmingham on February 17th and run each night until February 22nd.
