With the wedding season well under way the fleet of Finishing Touch wedding cars are being kept busy. We have had many emails and letters from happy couples who have booked with us. For example Elaine emailed in this week with some feedback on her wedding car hire experience:

Wolverhampton is very popular for wedding car hire for us here at Finishing Touch. Our showroom is only 15 minutes from Wolverhampton, so our full range of cars cover the area. Popular venues in include the Molineux stadium and the Mount Hotel. Derek recently hired his wedding cars for his wedding at the Mount in Wolverhampton and commented:

People often ask if it is possible to mix modern cars and vintage wedding cars when booking for weddings. In fact mixed cars are very popular. For example as you can see below the Baby Bentley limo compliments the Beauford Tourer very well and is in fact a very popular combination.This combination is also very practical as the Baby Bentley limo seats 8 passengers. The Baby Bentley is available in either silver or vanilla to match the Beauford Tourers.

A Hummer limousine is also a popular option as we have a white and silver version available.

There is never a wrong option when mixing the cars. The most important thing is that the bride and groom are happy with their choice.
 

Halesowen is still in the middle of a huge makeover with millions being spent on transforming the main shopping complex. We have to take this into account when planning some limo hire and wedding car bookings as we follow diversions.

The main work is being done in the centre around a brand new Asda complex. At the moment there is a one way system in operation around the Halesowen centre. Some of the lanes are temporarily narrower but even the wider Hummer limos have no problem navigating through.

Halesowen is very popular when it comes to wedding cars as St Johns is a very popular church. It is also very popular with limo hire as Halesowen has its own Weatherspoons which is very busy especially on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Halesowen has its own swimming pool and leisure centre. If you are booking a limo for a childrens party the leisure centre has some good facilities.

There is also some great country side with green belt land surrounding Halesowen and Clent hills is great for a family day out. For parks you could consider Leasows park which is situated on Mucklow Hill.

Halesowen is also very popular with sports with a very impressive cricket and football stadium. It has a very good reputation for a safe neighbourhood and benefits from having a very large police station in the centre.

With a choice of 20 cars for your wedding day many customers decide to view in person to help choose their perfect wedding car as judging the shade of colour or leg room is difficult. (more…)
